Two ways to put your business online

A full website built from your menu or services, photos and reviews. Once it is paid off, the website is yours.

1. Sign up and pay halfFill out the Get started form or call us. We go over your business, then you pay half ($249.50) so we can start building.
2. Send us your detailsYour hours, a photo of your menu or price list, a few pictures of your place, and your phone number. Don’t have photos? We can use the ones already on your Google or DoorDash listing, with your OK.
3. We build it and send you a previewYou get a private link to look at the site on your own phone before anyone else sees it.
4. You tell us what to changeWrong price, a photo you don’t like, different wording: we fix it until you approve it.
5. Pay the rest and go liveYou pay the remaining $249.50 and we put the site on your own web address (domain), set up so a picture of your business shows when the link is texted or shared.
6. After launchWe keep hosting your site at no monthly charge. It stays as it was at launch unless you add the Care plan, or pay for changes one at a time.

Everything we offer for one flat monthly price, with no contract. Concourse owns and runs the website for you while you’re subscribed.

3. We build everythingYour full website, your web address (included), a simple logo, extra pages like catering or specials, and your Google Business Profile set up so you show up on Google Maps.
4. Preview, changes, then liveYou review it on your phone, we make your changes, and it goes live once you approve it.
5. Every month afterYou’re billed $299 on the 1st, in advance, by card. Updates are included, you get the dashboard login, and your requests go to the front of the line.

Online ordering Coming soon

When it launches, customers order and pay right on your website, for pickup or delivery:

• Payments go through Stripe straight into your own account. Concourse never holds your money and takes no commission from you.
• Card fees (about 2.9% + 30¢ an order) are covered by setting online prices a little above your in-store prices. Customers never see a separate card fee.
• Delivery is done by a delivery partner such as Uber Direct, and the customer pays the delivery fee.
• You make and hand off the orders, just like a phone order.

If you cancel

• No contract and no cancellation fee. Tell us by text or email before your next billing date.
• Your website, dashboard and ordering stay on until the end of the month you paid for, then go offline.
• Want to keep it? Pay a one-time $200 and the website design and the web address become yours. We hand over the files and transfer the domain to your account.
