How an order works
- The customer ordersThey pick items from your menu on your website and pay by card.
- You get the orderIt comes to you like a phone order, and you make it.
- Pickup or deliveryThey pick it up, or a delivery partner such as Uber Direct brings it. The customer pays the delivery fee.
- You get paidPayments go through Stripe and are paid out to your own bank account.

What does Pro’s 20% mean for me?
Prices on your online menu are 20% higher than at your counter. You get your full counter price on every order. The difference covers card processing and the ordering system.
Is there an upcharge on Ultimate?
No. On Ultimate, online prices match your counter. The only cost is the card processing fee, about 2.9% + 30¢ an order, taken out by Stripe.
